You can cancel anytime. Just reach out and let us know you'd like to cancel (and if you're able, let us know why — this helps us improve for others). We'll set your subscription not to renew, and confirm with you. Note this may take a few business days (we're a small team wearing many hats!) but if your subscription renews again in that time we'll refund you. You'll have access to your paid account until the end of your billing period.
Yes! You can use every feature of the builder and even run events with up to 10 players, all for for free. We believe in building strong connections and community, and for that reason SlidesWith will always be no-cost for smaller groups. You can build a full size deck with as many slides and interactions as you like, and then run an event where people join in and play your deck; the only time payment is required is if you want to run events with larger groups.
Yes! We offer a full refund for the first 30 days or until you've successfully run live events with more than 10 people. If it's been more than a month since you signed up or if you've run an event with more than 10 players, we can no longer provide a refund.
We currently don't offer monthly plans, but you can always purchase a one-time pass if you're planning on running just a single event. If you plan to use the tool more than a few times in the year, the annual plan will be your most cost-effective option.
We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and more. We partner with Stripe for our payment processing to make sure our system is both convenient and secure.
We believe strongly in providing our service to as many people as can benefit from it — if you think you would benefit from Slides but cannot afford to pay for it, please contact us and we can discuss discount options.
